Seeing the potential.

SV Foundry is a property renovation business focused on finding homes with potential and improving them with care.

We look for properties where thoughtful renovation can make a real difference to the way a home looks and works.

Our approach is straightforward: buy carefully, renovate properly and create homes we would be happy to live in ourselves.
