The potential starts here.

We are currently looking for our first SV Foundry project.

Our focus is on homes in Derbyshire where careful renovation can unlock their potential - creating attractive, practical homes for their next owners.

We’re particularly interested in properties requiring modernisation where the fundamentals are right and thoughtful improvement can make a genuine difference.
